Hello everyone! Esta es la publicacion final del blog!! Thank you so much for reading and keeping up with my posts! We have learned how to use Qualtrics which is an online survey creator through my university. It is actually a fun process to do. Surveys and other reporting tools are very useful when trying to gather random information or conducting a study. It would be very useful in the classroom when I am trying to collect information from students about certain topics they would want to do or as an exercise in the beginning of the school year to get to know their likes and dislikes. Surveys can be used to collect any type of information whether it be quantitative or qualitative. I am going to be a college professor so surveys are very important in a big class setting. ILP #2 - Twitter Chat

Hello! For my second ILP, I experimented using an educational online Twitter chat. It was a fun experience to be able to be at a conference without having to physically be there. This method is useful for educators wanting to learn more about how to run a more successful classroom. This helped me to learn how to be more sensitive to other cultures in a classroom setting. The Flipped Classroom is a type of learning design that reverses the traditional learning environment by delivering instructional content, usually online, outside of the classroom. This design is beneficial for children to be able to retain information better, if they practice at home and come back to class they will be more knowledgeable on the topic. College is basically a "flipped classroom", we sit in class then go home to teach ourselves the material. We then apply what we have learned to quizzes and exams.  Open Educational Resources are teaching and learning materials that may be used freely reused, without having to pay. An example of this would be LumenLearning.com . They provide affordable course materials designed to strengthen learning using OERs.
